France - Canal du Midi to Hauteford

As we come up the next hill we see a sign for a lookout, the Point de Vue de Calvare. There is the usual religious statue that we see all over France as we did in Spain and Portugal too. In Australia you tend to only see statues and chapels in churchgrounds but in this part of Europe they are on roadsides, anywhere really.
